Pre Buying Questions

Can I request view access to Analytics for a site I am interested in?

Yes, if there is a site you are interested in and would like to see the analytics data for it please send us an email to let us know.

How do I buy a site?

On both the listing pages and the sites available page, there are buy now buttons for each site. If you want to purchase, all you need to do is click that button and follow the checkout process. Payment can either be done by Paypal or Credit Card. Our listing pages will state that it will either require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000 and then the remainder is sent via wire transfer or 100% payment completed on the site.

Do the sites come with social accounts?

Some sites do and some sites don’t, it just depends on what has already been created from the old owner. You can contact us if you have any questions regarding the social accounts for any site you are interested in.

Can I submit an offer on a site you have listed for sale?

Yes, although we have buy now prices, we also have a submit offer button at the top of each listing page. Please note that we do not usually look at these offers until 2-3 days after the site has been listed.

What's the difference between the Marketplace listings and the Portfolio listings?

The main difference between the two listings is the portfolio listings are sites we own 100%, the marketplace listings are ones that are listed by other sites. Both the portfolio sites and the marketplace listing sites went through the exact same due diligence process but with the marketplace sites we either were were unable to purchase at that time or the seller wanted to hold for a little bit longer.

Are there any Guarantees?

Although we do a very extensive due diligence process on every site and only list the quality ones, there may be something we could’ve missed. We suggest everyone to do their own due diligence before buying a site and we can help with whatever information you need from a call with the buyer, to GA access etc.

Once a site has been bought and transferred, we are not able to issue a refund.

How long does the transfer process take?

The transfer process usually takes 3-5 days for our portfolio sites depending on the registrar and where the domain is being transferred from and where it is being transferred to. If the site is a marketplace site, these can sometimes take 10 days.

Does your team help setup the site on my host?

Yes, if you need help with setting up the site on your host and servers, our tech team can help you with that.

Do you help to switch out the monetization?

Yes, we can help with this process. If the site you bought has an Amazon API built in we will help switch that out with your tag. If it’s done manually, we will switch out the top 20 pages. If there is Adsense, we can help with switching out the code with you new code.
